To fill out this application, you will need:

  • Information about the person or organization you’re having a legal issue with (opposing party)
  • Any case numbers or upcoming court dates

What we will ask:
  • Whether you need an interpreter. We want to make sure legal issues are clear to you in the language you are most comfortable with.
  • A description of your legal problem, and who you’re having the problem with (individual or organization).
  • Who lives with you, as we want to know if anyone else in your household might be affected by your legal issue.
