We Cannot Accept Every Case
You do not become a client unless we inform you that we have accepted your case.  We cannot help with traffic tickets or defense in criminal cases; however, we can help with expungement matters.

Grievance Procedure
We are publicly funded and, consequently, our services are only available to those who are eligible.  We do have a grievance procedure to be followed in the event that you are unhappy with the services we have provided.  You may request to speak with a supervisor, receive a copy of the procedure by mail, or you can access our grievance procedure at www.inlandlegal.org.

About Us
Inland Counties Legal Services, Inc. is a nonprofit organization providing legal services to low-income persons residing in Riverside and San Bernardino Counties. ICLS targets services to seniors and those in the greatest social or economic need. Legal services are provided by attorneys, or paralegals under the direct supervision of an attorney. Levels of service include advice and counsel, limited action (includes negotiations and preparation of legal documents), as well as direct representation before administrative law and civil courts. ICLS provides legal assistance in a variety of areas of law, the nine practice groups are: Outreach, Consumer, Housing, Family Law, Immigration, Systemic and Impact, Health Law and Public Benefits, Tax and Bankruptcy, and Education.
