Welcome to the Central California Legal Services Online Application. Please select the language you are most comfortable with to complete this application for services.

Central California Legal Services (CCLS) helps people who are low-income with specific legal problems. If you have a legal problem that CCLS can help with, you can apply for legal services through this application. We will call you after you submit this completed application to ask a few more questions to see if you qualify for our services.

Submission of this application does not establish an attorney-client relationship and does not mean that CCLS will represent you. You will not be our client unless you speak with someone at CCLS who tells you that we have accepted your case and that we will represent you.

If you have a deadline, please call our Legal Advice Line (LAL) at (800) 675-8001. If you have a deadline concerning health insurance, access to healthcare, medical debt or any other health related deadline, please call our Health Consumer Center at 1 (800) 464-3111. The Health Consumer Center checks health related voicemails from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, except for holidays and staff-training days when the office is closed.
